Overview

Global Title Management is a critical system used within NBCUniversal providing teams with access and insight into all of NBCU’s titles, metadata and any other important operational information surrounding titles.

Role

Collaborated with technology and engineering team to rethink complete user experience and visual design to develop new wireframes and layouts that help users find their desired information faster, and overall improve their day-to-day experience on the site.

ABOUT JESSICA

I love brands. I love that they exist for the sole purpose to deliver value - whatever that value might be, they exist to fill some sort of need. My goal is singular: to help brands deliver their value in the most impactful way possible. How do I do this? Through strategic design and communications.

Over the last 7+ years I have worked in NY for big ad agencies, big creative consulting agencies, my own app startup and a large media agency working to solve business problems.
