Chief Network Officer
Following the success of the 2013 Comcast Network Now video, John Schanz, Chief Network Officer of Comcast wanted to introduce his leadership vision for the future network. With the changing demands of the cable and connected world, John understands the necessity of constantly improving and evolving the Network to remain ahead of competition and support expanding customer needs. To introduce the new vision for the Comcast Network, the John asked me to help him clearly articulate what his vision is, and the actions necessary to achieve it.
In close collaboration with the Comcast Chief Network Officer (CNO), executive team and a technical writer, developed another 5 minute infographic video and animated presentation that clearly explains what the future network needs to look like and why it is important. Developed internal brand mantra “Building the Smarter Network,” which was designed to unite the network engineering team around this internal rallying cry for the efforts ahead. Video and presentation were launched at the CNO’s annual Senior Leadership Summit along with inspirational poster designed to compliment and propel the “Building the Smarter Network” message.
