Overview

Comcast delivers complex yet highly valuable benefits packages to thousands of employees around the world. Many of these packages are highly innovative in the industry including video chat doctors visits and personal health assistant services. The Benefits team wanted to establish a comprehensive Benefits brand to help bring order and better employee understanding around these great packages and programs offered. Their ultimate goal was for the approachable, and clear design to ultimately increase employee participation in programs for healthier, happier employees.

My Role

Collaborated with Benefits team to establish brand strategy, developed creative direction, led creative team to produce new brand package while developing branded materials for upcoming “Benefits Fair.”
